Produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it is produced according to the ancient and traditional Burgundy pigeage technique and is aged in François Frere Burgundy barrels for around four months. It has a beautiful ruby ??????color, characteristics of cherry and strawberry revealing a hint of mineral notes, tomato plant and a slightly spicy finish. In the mouth it is subtle, with a pleasant but sufficient tannic structure, refreshing acidity and a medium to long length.
