Produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with selected yeasts and temperatures ranging from 26° to 28°C for a period of seven to ten days, then it is aged in barrels. This is an intense and complex wine, with aromas and flavors of cherries, cassis, roses, violets, vanilla, and toast. In the mouth it has a very good structure, with firm tannins, fresh black fruit and a smoky and spicy character.
