Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, where the grapes are pressed very gently and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for ten to fifteen days at 16-18°C where no oak is used, to maintain the freshness of the fruits. It has aromas of ripe nectarine and apricot, as well as almond. In the mouth it is juicy due to its lovely explosion, with good volume and a grand finish with a touch of honey.
