Produced with 100% jaen grapes, deep ruby ??????in color with violet reflections, it is obtained after fermentation, at a controlled temperature to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks for 7 to 10 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 15 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity. Elegant notes of red fruit, cherries and strawberries well combined with wood that adds a special touch. Fresh, refined and with a deep flavor, a modern, versatile wine with tannins of great delicacy.
