From the Rufete and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, in high altitude vineyards. The grapes were harvested manually at the beginning of September and pressed as a whole bunch. Only the tear from the first pressings was updated, to obtain a rosé with a faint color and fresh pearl. It has notes of stone fruit, some tropical and slight mineral.
